The Chicopee Public Library honored the works of Polish artists and their contributions to the art world. Cutout artist Susan Urban exhibited her intricate designs and gave a talk during the opening night reception held Oct. 5. The program was funded by the Chicopee and Massachusetts Cultural Councils.
